Vintage Train Case Lock?

I just bought a vintage, 1950's Maximillian brand train case off of ebay that has a lock on it, but the seller locked the keys inside! I have never seen a lock like this before and I was hoping someone could help me figure out if its possible to pick it.

I think the best possible way is to contact the seller. Its their fault and need to replace the product with new set. If you try to open it by using any other means and if if get damaged, warren will be lost. Check for best

Vintage Train Case Lock? NEW

I have seen these types of train cases before. My mother had these types of cases and she kept it very nicely that it is here with us now. I dont know about its strength but it looks like it never open without keys. Hey there, I think you can actually just pull the upper cover of the lock. Just Beverly Diamonds Complaints pulling it will open the case. There will be an outer ring around the lock. You can just pull the outer ring using a screw driver and this will unlock it.
