Old File Drawer Lock

I am looking for direction on what type of picks and/or methods I should us to open a file cabinet lock. This lock pushes in flat when it locks and is older, (20 years plus) any suggestions on the type of picks needed or specicalty tool. I do not wnat to damge the lock or the cabinet.

If you don't damage Lock cabin then to unlock to this lock must call the expert who can unlock it easily. It's a wafer lock, so use the ball or half ball. You may need someone to hold the lock in while you pick it. You could just turn the whole thing upside down to get the locking bar to fall.
